Multi-use Cutters

Bolt on to cutter holders and can be rotated 2-4 times prior to replacement.

Cutter Holders

Can be individually replaced allowing user to change number of active cutters or remove & replace as needed.

Reusable Anvils

Adjustable to maintain optimal cutting tolerances. Anvils can be flipped and reused prior to replacement.

Patented SSP

Severe Shock Protection [SSP] protects drive system in the event that the shaft stop.

Removable Screen

A wide rand of screens are available with various holes sizes and configurations to optimize particle size.

Easy Maintenance

Designed with "tool-less" access to cutting chamber make service and maintenance safe and easy.

Direct Drive

Simple and efficient drive with not belts to maintain.

The Uni-Shear® SR900F is the premier finishing solution for high-volume processors. It is engineered to handle secondary processing of RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel), tire wire, and large-scale electronics recycling. With throughput rates reaching up to 25 tons per hour, the SR900F allows for complete start-to-finish sizing solutions when paired with primary SSI shredders.
