クリーニングフィンガー
ククリーニングフィンガーで性能維持と安全性を向上
クリーニングフィンガーは、カッター間に破砕物が詰まったり、シャフトに巻き付くのを防ぎます。また、シャフトがたわむような場合では追加のサポートも提供可能です。
これらクリーニングフィンガーは破砕室の側面に取り付けられ、半円状のフィンガーがカッター間に位置して、スペーサー周りにフィットします。
SSIでは分割式(フローティング）クリーニングフィンガーを採用しています。
破砕室両側のブラケットで固定され、必要に応じて簡単に取り外しや位置変更が可能です。カッタースタックの配置変更や、再構築によるカッター厚の変化にも対応できます。
SSIの分割式設計により、従来の一体型「コーム」タイプよりもメンテナンスが格段に容易となりました。上部から安全かつ直接アクセスできるため、作業効率と安全性を同時に向上させます。
